Field Service Management - Lead Consultant BI & Data Management Solutions - Middlesex £45k to £50k Base, £52k to £58k OTE + Benefits
This leading Microsoft CRM partner requires an FSM Lead Consultant to provide technical and delivery expertise to Field Service Management Consultancy Delivery Team. You will carry out consulting engagements, delivering against customer requirements and expectations. You may have involvement throughout whole project lifecycle, e.g. participating in design workshops, constructing solution designs, configuration, testing, assisting with test planning, UAT support, etc. Depending on size of engagement, you may have team of junior consultants to manage and be accountable for quality of their deliverables.
You will be expected to support sales team and other consulting staff in pre-sales engagements with specific customers as required.
Projects may vary from under 100 to over 1000 man days Projects will be based in Staines office or on customer site for some/all of the time
You will be involved in: * Design and Test Documentation * Install and configure mBusiness applications including customisation to JSP pages and/or setting up configuration data * Write database level functions and procedures * Tested code/ bug solutions * Establish themselves as leader of delivery team and take on responsibility for becoming specialist in specific areas of team and then taking ownership for its delivery
You MUST have ? Experience delivering complex FSM deployments ? Experience in Consultancy environment ? Understanding of project lifecycle and applicable software engineering concepts ? Knowledge of using SQL, Oracle PL/SQL, XML, Java, C#, and/or .NET ? Educated to Degree Level
