In an innovative business operating within a service driven, fast paced sector, our client is looking to appoint a Financial Controller with strong proven technical accounting and processes experience, excellent review and analytical skills and the ability to implement change as necessary. 

Your responsibilities will be both wide and varied as you will be required to provide sound financial advice to the Board and other senior management team colleagues as well as providing an excellent financial management service to the organisation and its subsidiary companies. You will assume responsibility

for the Group budgetary process and consolidation of the management accounts; provide weekly flash reports in both a timely and accurate manner, following this up with cash reports, sales reports and consolidated forecasts. You will constantly review the accounting system efficiency and be responsible for all statutory reporting.

You will be ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified and ideally have an understanding of logistics and distribution or a background from within either an FMCG, service sector or even manufacturing, particularly with an operational focus would be advantageous but not essential.
