My client, a private equity firm, is looking for a permanent FD for one of their portfolio companies

based just north of London. The company has revenues approaching £100 million.  Eligible candidates must have sector experience, and be familiar with management buyouts and/or working for a company owned by a private equity firm.  Equity participation is available.
