Reporting to the Managing Director and a key member of the senior management board, the FINANCE DIRECTOR will take a pivotal, developmental role through the effective commercial financial management of the EMEA business.

Reporting to: MANAGING DIRECTOR, EMEA
Reports: FINANCE TEAM (13 EFT)
Key tasks:
- Deliver all key financial information including, Corporate Governance and Statutory Accounting and lead key third party relationships (auditors etc)
- Lead all Financial Planning processes and reporting on a range of complex issues (including to multiple stakeholders and contract review processes).
- Inform and contribute effectively to strategic growth decisions and business planning as part of the SMB, collaborating effectively and driving innovation
- Contribute to and inform the business strategic planning process, ensuring that long term growth and profit objectives are set and then achieved

Candidate profile:
- Well-rounded ACA / ACCA / CIMA with a substantial commercial track record in multi-national corporations
- Strong leader with a global outlook, able to demonstrate business acumen in complex, multi-faceted markets and with diverse stakeholder expectations
- Compelling communicator, inquisitive, able to persuade and negotiate effectively in a highly dynamic environment and collaborative culture
- Delivers to tight timescales and the highest quality standards, flexible and works well under pressure
