My client, an insurance organisation based in the city, is currently recruiting for a Financial Accountant to join their team on an initial contract basis. The role will involve
- preparing financial accounts - reconciliations - regulatory returns - preparing statutory accounts under IFRS - journal input - quarterly UK GAAP reporting - balance sheet and PandL analysis and forecasting - liaising with other departments - yearly budget preparation with the financial director
The ideal Financial Accountant will be qualified however qualified by experience candidates will be considered with at least 2 year experience in financial services. The initial role is for 9 months, possibly, with the option to extend. This is an excellent opportunity for a Financial Accountant to progress in their career with a reputable insurance firm.
