Financial Director required to help move a challenging manufacturing and distribution business into the 21st century. This 150m turnover business has faced some difficult challenges recently and is now looking for a commercial FD to come and support the VC business to drive improvement and change.

The role will involve site relocation, business review and restructure, management change and setting up new finance and reporting structures. You will also be responsible for streamlining the business whilst identifying new development and growth plans.

You will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant with a proven track record in business turnaround within a blue chip environment. You will need to have exceptional business acumen and strong communication skills. Ideally you will have experience of business change and strategic growth development.
