Mackenzie Stuart plc is currently working hand in hand with one of the fastest growing companies in the UK. With a market capital of £500m and pre tax profits of £80m this cash rich company has grown at phenomenal rates in recent years. The current Group Finance Director has been one of the main drivers of this and they are now looking to move up into a COO role. Due to this a Group FD Designate is now required.

Reporting into the COO this role will look after the entire global finance function. This company operates in 30 countries worldwide and they are looking to develop more markets in the near future. This position will head up a team of 15 with the UK FD reporting into them. The role will become a fully fledged group FD role within two years with a large chance of equity.

Ideal candidates for this role will come from a manufacturing, technology or service background but all backgrounds will initially be considered. You must be a fully qualified accountant and be able to show a proven track record of achieving in every role. The ability to communicate at board level and influence the CEO and COO is a must along with the ability to mange a growing team.
