Group Operations Officer Salary: £140k - £150k Location: South East

Our client is a hugely successful and innovative business operating within the retail sector - delivering soft services to a demanding blue-chip customer base and working off a platform of high performance and profitability. With an outstanding track record in people management and the strategic vision to develop a clear business plan, you`ll help take us to the next level.

Over the next three years our client aims to increase turnover to £100 million (currently £65m), whilst at the same time continually improve service delivery. It will require a huge amount of planning and dedication, so operational excellence will be key. However, it is your ability to lead, motivate and develop a team that will set you apart for this role.

Inspirational, constructive and highly innovative in your approach, you`ll create an environment of continuous improvement amongst our senior management team; encouraging people at all levels to work towards long-term business objectives and developing a clear vision of where the organisation wants to be in the market.

You will have a significant amount of commercial experience within the sector and will be confident interpreting financial data, planning budgets, developing productive relationships with customers and communicating effectively across the business.
