Job Ref: 7956/KC Role: Head of Business Change - Shared Services Client: Central Government Duration: 3 months Location: Wales This key Central Government Department is looking to appoint an interim Head of Business Change. The role is initially for 3 months and the purpose of the role is to drive forward the change agenda within Shared Services. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

oTo build and develop an internal change support capability within Shared Services, that can be successfully deployed internally and with business units in the delivery of change oTo oversee the delivery of significant organisational change

Person Specification

oA successful track record as a leader of change within a Shared Services type environment oA proven track record of delivering a portfolio of change initiatives, specifically including the delivery of an ERP system within a larger programme of organisational change oA sound understanding of communications and managing communications teams oA proven track record of excellent stakeholder management skills
