We seek an individual who is passionate about providing an exceptional ‘Customer Experience’ and is up for the challenge of taking an already high performing call centre even further forward. As you ensure IFDS meets our clients requirements, you will be responsible for all aspects of the management of the Call Centre from planning budgets, mentoring staff and developing client relationships to providing technical support and deputising for the Head of Customer Contact as required.

With a proven track record in leading a 100+ heads inbound call centre, you will have expertise of resource management and be able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of Call Centre technology. Experience in managing an ‘outsourced’ contact centre with a large client base would be beneficial. Ideally, the successful candidate will have some knowledge of Financial Services and hold a Degree or Call Centre Diploma. An IAQ or FSA recognised qualification is desirable for the role, but not essential.
