E.ON, the world`s largest investor-owned energy service provider, is currently seeking a Head of Customer Finance, Credit Risk and Collections. You will lead the customer finance team in order to minimise exposure to risk and optimise revenue opportunities through the development of robust and commercially viable credit policies, the production of timely and accurate management information and the development of a company-wide credit risk strategy. You will also reduce revenue leakage through the introduction of increased revenue assurance activities.

You will have detailed knowledge of credit risk management, credit scoring and risk management techniques in both B2B and B2C environments. You will also have a working knowledge of collections techniques in both arenas.
