Develop, implement and maintain new and existing employability products to support welfare to work operations or stand alone training business units in the UK and abroad. The development of current products to work with different UK and international client groups and the development of new products are key business critical projects for the business. The role currently manages two product managers and one occupational psychologist in the delivery of these aims. Design and Implementation of products * Manage the design, pilot and roll out of new and revised products, orchestrating consultation processes as necessary with caseload and geographical expertise, operational management and external stakeholders to achieve appropriate levels of operational buy-in, fit for purpose products and maintain accreditation. * Maintain active stakeholder relationships to ensure ongoing operational relevance and product understanding. Evaluation and Analysis
* Analysis of cost, outcome, training evaluation and other data to evaluate success of products, amending materials, delivery and training on an ongoing basis to improve and maintain the financial return for the business and the experience for the Member. Quality Assurance * Ensure relevant legal requirements and standards are met including those set by Ofsted, relevant accrediting bodies such as ASDAN, legislation such as SENDA. * Maintain, design and contribute to programmes of induction training for those delivering or using products and programmes of ongoing peer observation to ensure quality of delivery.
