A new Head of Front Line Readiness (FRI) is required to provide a pivotal role in one of the UK’s largest business transformation projects for Connecting for Health (CFH). The post holder will be able to quickly establish professional credibility and build relationships with key stakeholders within a complex organisational structure at national level.
You will have significant track record in change management, service improvement, and implementation, as well as performance management of complex programmes of work. It is imperative that you have strong inter-personal and communication skills, as you will be expected to deliver difficult and complex messages to multi-professional audiences, sometimes in challenging circumstances. You will also manage
between 10-20 reports and have budget management skills. This role will suit an individual who is looking to make a significant contribution to making real changes within the NHS for the 21st Century; therefore within the NHS/DOH sector is highly desirable.
