My client is looking for a Head of HR to lead the HR function of a FMCG organisation. This person will be responsible for and manage the day to day overall provision of Human Resources services, policies and programmes for the company. This person must have had experience in a similar high profile role and be MCIPD or Equivalent. Background in Fast Moving Consumer Good, Retail or General Logistics is a must.

Board adviser for Redundancy and TUPE Develop the general HR strategy Responsible for all HR administration ensuring this is in line with legislation and company policy including audit of payroll Advisory capacity for Health and Safety to ensure the maintenance of a safe environment
