Our client, an East Anglian NHS organisation, is currently seeking a Head of Integrated Governance. Reporting on an interim basis of 3-6 months to the Director of Provision, you will be responsible for the strategic leadership of current Integrated Governance SLA`s with corporate services for the delivery of the key components of integrated governance, whilst ensuring provider services are compliant with current regulations.

This will include responsibility for - Development, implementation, review, monitor and maintenance of an integrated governance framework, policies and strategy for provider services

- Monitoring and management of the IG SLA`s with Corporate Services, while in place.

- Analysing, reporting and informing the PSC on the implementation and development of Standards for Better Health and related work streams.

- Leading the provider services work streams, supporting the logistical development and delivery of: the Provider Services Integrated Governance Committee and the Quality Standards Reporting Group .

Our client requires that the post-holder possess experience of successful management of change, including experience of working with senior clinicians and managers and implementing governance programmes. This along with

- Detailed understanding and experience of the integrated governance agenda - Broad knowledge and experience of health care services and understanding of the national NHS agenda. - Demonstrable leadership skills and strategic vision.
