Head of IT Services / Southampton / £60k-£70k Head of IT Customer Services sought for leading organisation based in Southampton, Hampshire. As the Head of IT Services, you will be responsible for 5 direct reports and will be required to deliver an effective of IT Infrastructure providing a broad range of complex IT solutions. The organisation is experiencing a period of growth and as a result this is a newly created role to report directly to the IT Director. As Head of IT Services, you will be involved in some complex projects including ITIL implementation and will be responsible for the formulation of the company`s IT strategy. A strong

understanding of ITIL and experience working within ITIL Service Delivery is essential for this role. Other key accountabilities include the delivery of Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery Capabilities and ensuring IT Security and all times. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven IT Services Manager to join a growing organisation at the heart of technology in a hugely influential position. If successful, you will receive a salary of £60,000-£70,000 plus 28 days holiday, contributory pension, flexi-time etc.
