The Requirement
To own the strategic direction and revenue targets for our client’s Public Sector Team in the UK. Building sustainable revenues, increasing performance against profitability targets, develop sustainable relationships and driving market penetration, through first class leadership and people development.
The position will take ownership for establishing processes and procedures that ensure major accounts are managed in the most effective way and lead a cultural shift from a short term ‘target driven’ culture, to one of long term proactive relationship building.
You will be able to work closely with the EMEA senior management team to cultivate and deliver cross-border opportunities and be an evangelist for the UK strategy.
Candidate Profile
You will have a track Record of over 5 years in Public Sector Management with an excellent knowledge of Direct and Indirect selling models. You will have the ability to manage at the highest level within Public Sector and be confident at C+.
Possessing high levels of strategic acumen which has be acquired from managing large and complex relationships, you will have the ability to direct the UK business to a new level of sophistication and inspire the team to deliver.
You will have demonstrable evidence of being able to formulate, negotiate and close large and complex deals at a senior level, and have proof of introducing operational vigour, from a process and control perspective, to a multi-functional, multi-disciplined sales team.
