Our client is a well established global market leader within the SECURITY SERVICES market sector. They are a forward thinking, multi-billion pound Turnover Company who set the standards within the market with their exceptional service. Due to HEAD OF SALES ideally with MANNED GUARDING SECURITY SERVICES experience, experience in a similar marketplace such as M & E SERVICES, BUILDING SERVICES, BUSINESS SERVICES, CONTRACT CLEANING, SECURITY SERVICES or FACILITIES MANAGEMENT, SUPPORT SERVICES or someone who possesses experience of managing a team of BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGERS throughout the UK. The will be a new team within the company and will hold “Elite status” therefore my client requires someone who can lead this exciting new team to even greater heights.
The Role:
• As a HEAD OF SALES, you will be responsible for the whole of the UK and will have direct responsibility for a number of BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGERS. You will be responsible for the sale and development of the company’s Security services throughout the UK.
• You will be responsible for the development of New Business of the company’s Security Services Contracts into various market sectors.
• You will also be responsible for the continued building of relationships with Key National Accounts to maintain, develop and expand the company’s Security Services Contracts
• Responsible to the Sales Director and as a Head of Sales, You will be responsible for your own personal, individual target, ensuring you hit set target, and further develop profitable sales.

Requirements:
• You will be very much a “down to earth” person who makes a good first impression, has a track record of managing a team of sales professionals on a geographical basis, and are very east to get along with.
• Reporting into the Group Sales and Marketing Director, you must have a track record in managing multi-million pound tenders in the service sector.
• You will possess a proven track of sales within the UK in the Security Services market place.
• You will have experience of Building relationships and will be ready to “roll your sleeves up” in the role to maximise your results and cement yourself within the company in a short space of time to help yourself progress to a more senior position.
