We have been challenged to recruit a true Sales Leader with up to date, technical knowledge of sustainable energy technologies and solutions. This senior position is to head the Public and Private Sector sales teams with responsibility for devising the sales strategy whilst developing CHP and micro-generation solutions.
The ability to manage a Public sector sales team (local authorities, councils, NHS, MOD etc) and the Private sector team (commercial & residential developers).
Your credibility and expertise in PFI, PPP, ESCO and DE to drive and educate a sales team to reach complex solutions to client's problems will be paramount to being successful in this crucial role.
You will possess extensive sales management experience within a highly technical but solutions orientated market and experience of new market penetration.
Knowledge of micro generation technologies and carbon regulation would be a distinct advantage, as would experience of high value solution sales. You will be responsible for developing the sales capability in line with the business plan which will include the review of channel options to maximise market awareness.
