The company has strong operational support with an impressive portfolio of blue chip clients within all the major Cities and surrounding regions. The International Security Group is currently looking to hire a Business Development Manager to be home based in the South of England with the availability to work in their Birmingham based offices once a week. This is a new role with a growing company that has an aggressive expansion plan covering the UK & Middle East.
This post heads up a developing and growing Sales team who have already seen some major success within the Retail sector. The role will involve targeting both Retail and Corporate clients for Man Guarding, Facilities, Cleaning and Electronic Security Services. This will require the ability to work both strategically and operationally with the Sales team to deliver contracts between £70k and £1m+.
Requirements:
Strong business developer
Proven track record selling Man Guarding Services
Ability to effectively manage a team
Experienced in writing proposals and completing tenders
