My client based in Wiltshire is looking for an Interim Head of Site Operations to undertake all work in accordance with their Code of Safety Practice, Quality Management Systems. Risk Manangement Systems, Policies and Procedures.

You will also have line management responsibility for specified Departments and their day to day Operational issues (Site Services, Site Engineering,and Capital Works Estates and Facilities and Health and Safety)

Main duties will be: *To determine the strategic direction of the “business” and to deliver this strategy through the definition, implementation and management of business, operational and personal objectives, ensuring these are consistent with corporate plans. *To organise the “business” so that its resources may be available in the event of a high level emergency response *To design and manage an integrated financial budget and to ensure that the business delivers its financial objectives. *To grow and develop the business through the identification of opportunities and by establishing strategic collaborations and interactions with third parties including public and private sector bodies;

To apply for this role you must have: *MBA or equivalent senior management experience and a PhD or equivalent in biological science. *Experience of managing a successful business unit in a related field. *Evidence of service delivery and improvement. *Experience with stakeholder relations *Leadership qualities including strategic influencing, political astuteness, inspiring change, drive for results, collaborative working and personal improvement and staff management
