As a Consultant of Health and Risk practice you will provide assistance, information and advice regarding Private Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Employee Assistance Programmes, Wellness and Occupational Health programmes. You will ensure that all schemes are efficiently account managed during the policy year and are renewed in a timely and efficient manner operating within FSA and corporate regulatory requirements.

You will be given the opportunity to demonstrate your skills, aptitude and knowledge dealing with increasingly complex, large and sensitive cases. Active contribution to the development of the unit and initiatives to improve service will be encouraged

and recognised. With increased experience and knowledge you will get involved in switches of insurance cover, attend and deliver presentations, and/or assume responsibility for specific and specialised areas of the company’s business.

The focus of the role will be the management and development of long-term relationships with key corporate clients. Ideal candidates will be business focused and are expected to identify new opportunities to ensure ongoing account development.
