Key responsibilities are:

o Manage Group HR Department plus all site HR Teams o Site closure, manage the process, consultation, and resultant TUPE Transfers and redundancies o Senior level recruitment, pay review negotiation and implementation, bonus calculation, appraisal review training, tax equalisation issues and travel policy o Head office

departmental re-orgs, collective consultations and redundancies, disciplinaries and grievances o Lead resolution for major collective grievance. Build relation with Union Officials and negotiate settlement

You will be a solid HR generalist who has a great can do attitude. You will need to come in and hit the ground running and be able to work in a faced past environment and have a good head on your shoulders. Ideally you will be CIPD Qualified
