As a member of the SMT and an integral member of the Healthcare division you will be working directly with the senior managers on all HR matters. As an experienced HR professional you would need to be able to take the strategic approach to dealing with complex generalist issues

Min 5 years of experience at SMT level Sound operational experience with CIPD/MCIPD Full understanding of the terminology and internal workings of the NHS / healthcare industry.
