The role, based in Berkshire, involves working in the Human Resources Department as an HR Business Partner/HR Reporting Analyst focusing on reporting, analysing and presenting all relevant data to the HR Director.
In this role, your duties will include: *Analysing trends and providing recommendations *Initiating and ensuring Project Planning leads to quality initiatives, harmonisation in the work place and ensuring that performance is correctly managed *Ensure Policy Updates are correctly followed through and that the necessary changes are made *Liaising closely with HRBPs and Recruitment to successfully manage reports on
Headcount and also to ensure consistency and accuracy *Monthly reporting and trend analysis, as well as preparation of findings and recommendations for Board Meetings *Building strong relationships with both employees and management
