* Hands on HR operational experience within the public sector * Have * First hand experience * Demonstrates proven capability in delivering results in difficult environments * Capable of carrying out high level reviews
and delivering practical advice and solutions to our clients issues * Excellent interpersonal/communication/ presentational skills * Capable of working to tight deadlines and maintain quality * Able to travel throughout the UK * Good project manager * CIPD Qualified
