Reporting to the one of the Directors and being head of HR , you will play an integral part in developing and implementing the HR strategy in line with business objectives. You will use your HR expertise to advise line managers and coach them through issues pertaining to employee relations, compensation and benefits, resourcing and talent management and learning and development.
Ideally the successful candidate will possess the relevant qualifications. More importantly you should be forward-thinking and consultative in approach and possess solid generalist HR experience. Experience of the professional services sector would also be desirable but is by no means essential.
This is an exciting and varied role with lots of autonomy and the ability to positively impact an already successful business.
