This is a new role reporting into Board level and offers considerable scope to make an impact on the business. The client is a specialist manufacturer of personalised gift and loyalty cards for major blue chip companies - retailers, mobile phone operators and service organisations. It operates from two sites, employing c200 and is looking forward positively to future growth. 

The focus of the role is to support this growth through the development of a performance and talent based culture and this will entail ensuring that the best people are recruited, the HR and people management practices within the company are effective and line management are supported.

Graduate and CIPD qualified you will need to be a HR Generalist with significant experience in a manufacturing environment. You will be up to date with employment legislation, the legal framework and have strengths in training, talent and performance management. You will be a team player with strong communications and influencing skills and be comfortable contributing at a strategic level as well as being a 'hands-on' HR operator.
