HR Manager Up to £40,000 per annum Berkshire

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced HR Manager for a large not-for-profit organisation in Berkshire. This is an exciting and challenging role where you will be managing a team of 4 HR Advisors and 2 HR Administrators (previous management experience is a must).

Ideally you will be MCIPD qualified and you must have previous experience working within a busy and complex organisation. On a day to day basis you will be managing and mentoring your team, providing employee relations

guidance on more senior casework, overseeing recruitment, developing and communication HR strategy throughout the business and managing any HR projects that arise.

This is a lovely organisation to be a part of and would suit someone who is eager for a challenge!
