A new and exciting opportunity is available for a HR Reporting Analyst to work for a mobile network provider based in the Berkshire area. Your overall responsibility will be management reporting, providing, analysing and presenting meaningful management data to ensure both internal and external customer requirements are achieved. Build effective relationships with the wider HR team and key management to ensure stakeholder requirements are captured and contributions harnessed in the delivery of HR programmes.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Ensure that all HR management information is accurate, timely, appropriate and automated where possible. Analyse trends and provide recommendations (headcount, attrition, leave, sickness). *Lead on various HR programmes to make Service Delivery an inspiring place to work. Broadly based around project planning of quality
initiatives, SDMM, career development, harmonisation, levelling, performance management and other appropriate areas. *Lead on specific policy updates and process changes working cross functionally across HR. *Work with Reward and LD groups to feed in appropriate management. *Specifically manage reporting on headcount (actual and forecast) across Service Delivery. This will require close liaison with the HRBPs and Recruitment to ensure consistency and accuracy. *Attrition reporting and trend analysis on a monthly basis. Ensuring trends and issues are fed back to the HR Business Partners. *Preparation of regular reporting for board meetings, monthly reports etc.
You will need a reporting background ideally from within a HR department. Strong excel skills will be needed for this role, and experience with an internal system (Oracle/Sap) would be desirable.
