HR TRANSFORMATION DIRECTOR EUROPE


City of London / £120000 - £160000 per annum + Bonus + Benefits

Lead by the front! Build and develop the HR Transformation Practice across Europe £160,000++

As the HR Transformation Director for Europe, you will be required to contribute to the firm`s growth and development in a variety of ways, including developing, maintaining and growing senior client relationships and leading consultant and client project teams from project planning through execution.

My client is a subsidiary of a U.S company that specialises in Performance Improvement offering Advisory and Transformation Services in HR, IT and Finance Operations. With an enviable client base, you will be advising at C-level in FTSE and Fortune companies only!

As the HR Transformation Director, you will be well versed in business transformation and is responsible for consistently refreshing the firm`s intellectual property. The Senior Director should be skilled in identifying sales opportunities for the practice and should have the ability to build strong, long lasting relationships with current and prospective clients.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT / LEAD GENERATION

   

- Identify, develop, frame and lead 5 to 15 qualified leads annually - Win >60PERCENT of proposals presented to new clients - Make 2 - 3 public speaking appearances annually (conferences, professional associations) that markets the practices service offerings

CLIENT DELIVERY MANAGEMENT

- Successfully convert 50PERCENT of first phase projects on named accounts - Maintain a client satisfaction rating of 4.6 or higher for named accounts - Achieve budgeted realisation on named accounts - Ensures that 100PERCENT of managed work (proposals, deliverables, best practices and case studies)

BUSINESS / PERSONAL MANAGEMENT - Attain 40PERCENT to 50PERCENT personal utilisation annually - Manage DSO for named accounts to 40 Days - Manages practice voluntary turnover below 20PERCENT - Ensures personal and team compliance with policies - 100PERCENT timely submission of TandE - Semi-annual updates to resume and skills - <5PERCENT variance in forecast to actual time

SUBJECT MATTER EXPERTISE

- Viewed as a subject matter expert in HR Transformation at expert level - Participates in the authoring and development of 2 research perspectives annually / get published in industry periodicals
