HR director reporting directly to the Global VP of Human Resources, this position will be working with all levels of the organization on an international basis. This role provides strong HR leadership to manage organizational transformation. Team leadership, organizational development, employee relations, diversity, HR compliance, internal communications, and special projects are all integral parts of this role.
