Management Consultant - Shared Services background?

This high level role requires a management Consultant who has outstanding leadership skills and can command respect at a boardroom level to join this global consultancy in a Shared Services Team Leader capacity. UK wide, you will need to be fully mobile for this role.

This specific area of the business provide consulting in respect of Middle and back office shares services (particularly HR and recruitment), all aspects of outsourcing, including business benefits, procurement options, infrastructure transformation and outsourcing architectures.

Your responsibilities will cover the full Business Plan execution and representation of the business, international collaboration as well as Team management.

To be considered for this excellent role you will need to be experienced in Shares Services, Infrastructure, Consultancy, setting up organisations and operations (possibly offshore) and be recognised as a 'thought leader', as well as track record in fee income generation.
