With the incumbent departed, the core Steel business (£35M), reputed for carrying out technically challenging projects, is now in a position to appoint a new Managing Director.

The Role

You
Engineering background, qualified in Civil Engineering/M.I.Struct.E or equivalent. Possess extensive knowledge gained in the UK Framing sectors (Steel, Concrete etc.). Construction/hands on PM skills at the highest level are essential as is a strong understanding of the hard/soft aspects of Construction Management. Managed similar sized operation (£35M) & be commercially savvy with strong numerical understanding. Communication/Presentation skills are vital to ensure the concise delivery of key messages to promote action.
