As a subsidiary of the largest marketer, producer and distributor of one of the world’s leading brands, our client is expanding its operations at its Kent site and are now looking to appoint an experienced Manufacturing Manager / Production Manager to join their team.

Reporting to the Site Manufacturing Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of production lines in order to deliver key business objectives. This role will require real leadership qualities to ensure production, financial, quality and safety targets are met at all times, and you will need to support of the ‘right first time’ and ’zero accident’ culture.

To succeed as a Manufacturing Manager / Production Manager you will be of graduate calibre, and have a well-rounded background in manufacturing and production, ideally but not necessarily, from an FMCG / Food & Beverage background.

A strong people manager who will lead the team to the highest level of achievement, you will also need experience of the systems employed in a production facility. Your passion and drive will be required in abundance, as will your commitment to quality.
