An independent Insurance company is recruiting for a Marketing Director to lead their established marketing team. The team is responsible for implementing the company`s strategy through an integrated marketing plan which includes key account management, sector marketing, bid management, research-led marketing, brand strategy, copywriting, online communications, advertising, internal communications and the design and production of literature.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Working with underwriters and senior management to create business development strategies for areas identified for growth within the overall business strategy - Managing bid and sales processes from inception to implementation - Providing research and analysis on key clients and targets to feed into the key development plans - Creating, delivering and measuring business development campaigns in line with the company`s overall strategy
The incumbent should be able to demonstrate strong leadership and presentation skills and have the ability to influence senior decision makers, fee-earners and senior management at all levels.
Business Development and Marketing Management experience is essential and key to the role. The company is looking for somebody with the ability to multi-task with varied skills and knowledge of bid management and sales management processes.
It is vital that applicants have experience and existing contacts within the London Insurance Market as building upon key relationships is pivotal to the continued success of the role.
