My client, a Top Tier Consultancy Practice is offering an unparallelled opportunity for dedicated and experienced Marketing and Customer analysis professionals to join a rapidly expanding team within their Service Transformation Practice.
This is a highly rewarding and challenging role, involving projects within many aspects of customer experience transformation and contact centre optimisation. The chosen candidate will be involved on cutting edge projects with some of the best thought leaders in this sector.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:
*Developing and maintaining relationships at management levels, providing clients with confidence in your ability to deliver projects within service transformation. *Campaign Management (inbound and outbound, online, offline and integrated) *Educated to degree level with considerable relevant work experience with a Blue Chip or Management Consultancy
