Based in London, the UK`s leading multi-channel lead generation company currently has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager. The company is located in purpose-built offices in Putney over-looking the Thames. While being at the forefront of targeted collaborative marketing they remain hugely ambitious and are looking to grow even further over the years ahead.

They are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager who can establish themselves quickly and build a forward-looking and dynamic team. This is an important role within the company. Your main duties in the role will involve developing a company marketing plan and maximising practical synergies with other parts of the group, while planning, executing and monitoring marketing campaigns in both their online and offline business. You will create a branding strategy that will increase awareness of their growing online presence, as well as acting as brand guardian, ensuring consistency of identity and messages across all media. You will also be responsible for managing the content of the corporate website and implementing an effective PR program.

The ideal candidate for the Marketing Manager position will be an experienced Marketing professional, ideally with a knowledge of the Direct Marketing industry and exposure of consumer and B2B marketing. You will be a graduate, preferably with a marketing qualification (ie. CIM), with strong interpersonal, communication and presentational skills. Experience in leading small teams and running successful marketing campaigns is a must, as is an entrepreneurial spirit with a can-do attitude. Most importantly the company is looking for a risk taker who will take the company forward and develop innovative marketing strategies.
