Due to acquisition an opportunity has arisen for a sales led marketeer to take responsibility for the company's major account marketing strategy.
Reporting to the Marketing Director your focus will be on defining and implementing marketing programmes and developing strategy for key vertical markets in the corporate world and public sector. You will work closely with the key account sales team and other marketing managers/directors in delivering the annual strategic marketing plan, proactively devising strategies, product offering, campaigns and programmes. You will provide senior management with an insight into the high volume marketplace and how to expand business within this sector.
Of graduate calibre, you will have operated in a marketing capacity, ideally within a business associated with high volume mail solutions. Candidates with a background in mailing equipment and/or Royal Mail or other postal carriers (UK Mail, Parcelforce, TNT, FedEx, UPS etc) would be of special interest. Sales experience and knowledge would be a definite plus. You will possess excellent presentation and communication skills and the ability to convince an audience to follow your lead. You will also have strong business/commercial awareness and the drive and enthusiasm to make things happen.
