Merchandise Manager London Salary 40k-45k base+ benefits

Our client is a specialist designer retailer currently looking to appoint a merchandising manager with focus on menswear and accessories. Their first shop opened in London and now consists of approx 250 shops in over 24 countries.

With a background in high street retail merchandising, ideally menswear/accessories you will be responsible for: maximising the sales and profit of the department in line with corporate strategy improving stock turn and intake margins through management of stock through the supply chain and sourcing managing, training and developing the product merchandising teams

You'll have a great eye for product and a passion and enthusiasm for your business, alongside excellent management skills.

Key personal characteristics will include: appropriate experience and credibility excellent interpersonal skills high level of commercial acumen performance and results focused self motivated and enthusiastic trend and fashion aware demonstrable leadership and motivational skills
