Senior National Account Manager / Premium Foodservice Accounts
The role will deliver real autonomy to the successful candidate but within a highly supportive and knowledgeable team. Keeping the brand and range front of mind at all times, your ability to position the Monty’s Bakehouse offer with the customer will be fundamental – as will be your passion and buy-in to the entire concept the business imbues. Creating and developing outstanding relationships with your customers will be key in your aim of managing the fast growth fuelled by organic sales development and a continued and enviable NPD programme. Working closely alongside all the functions that will affect your success, you will

   

have enjoyed at least 5 years of managing the top foodservice accounts for a branded business, be a sophisticated negotiator and protector of margin. Category orientated, your role will require you to demonstrate breadth in your approach and seek out wider distribution opportunities. In short, this is the first time you will be able to do everything you’ve ever wanted, and to that end, you can truly affect the direction and strategy of the business.
Mature, open and interacting with the main board daily, your experience of customer supply chain matters will be very important in making your accounts work and perform effectively. This would be demonstrated in you being both competent in talking to chefs and operators as well as negotiating at the highest level.
