Timothy James Consulting are a Senior Appointments recruitment consultancy based in the centre of Bristol. Offering both permanent and contracts solutions to our clients we focus on roles with daily rates in the range of £50,000 - £150,000 annual salaries (£400 - £1,500 per day on a contract basis). The skills ranges in which we recruit include IT Managers and Directors, Senior Finance / Marketing / Procurement and HR Professionals, as well as Business Change / Transformation Managers / Directors and Business Intelligence Specialists.

In spite of current economic, we have just had our most successful year ever ! As a result, we are now seeking to expand the team even further by recruiting a Perm Team / Sector Senior Manager.


The Role:

Supervising up to 7 staff, you will be responsible for:
•Leading from the front in terms of personal billings, demonstrating the passion and enthusiasm to expand opportunities with existing customers and the commerciality to identify and bring on board opportunities with new clients
•Coach and develop your team to expand their overall recruitment skills, including the development of clients, recruitment advertising / campaign management
•Supervise their daily / monthly activity ensuring objectives are set and followed through

   

•Growing the team and sectors in which they specialise
•Defining and shaping new market places on which to focus

Essential Key Skills and Experience:
•Proven Senior Appointments knowledge with management experience
•Strong new business / sector sales techniques
•Ability to design, build and execute a strong sector strategy
•You will be an experienced, enthusiastic, passionate individual who can lead and inspire
