This advantage is shaped by their passionate approach in applying cutting-edge technology, key intellectual property, and innovation into game designs that revolutionise game play.  WMS has an opportunity for a talented Technical Operations Manager to join their UK operation.
The operations manager will be responsible for all the network infrastructure of the Online Casino, including office operations and telecommunications, management of remote facilities, change control, security, and service uptime. Whilst maintaining the integrity of WMS’ Online Casino business and the reputation, you will collaborate with directors of Online Gaming Technologies, procure and implement platforms and security protocols. Due to the nature of the business environment you will be required to be ‘on-call’, lead and provide hands on technical expertise.
The ideal candidate for the position of Technical Operations Manager will be of graduate calibre within a technical discipline. You will be able to demonstrate experience within a technical leadership role in an enterprise online / ecommerce environment. You will have strong leadership qualities with excellent verbal and written communications skills. In particular you will have comprehensive knowledge of the following disciplines;
• Cisco networking specialist – CCIE, CCNP, or CCNA
• Technical Support experience in an enterprise online /ecommerce environment
• Previous experience implementing and supporting VMWare vSphere or Infrastructure products in a production environment
• Microsoft Operating Systems specialist – MCSE, MCSD, or MCSA
• Experience working in a regulated industry
• Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server databases – MCDBA
• Experience of managing Service Level Agreements
