The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria: 1) Management consulting experience at a senior level (external consulting) 2) Experience of working with large private sector clients 3) Deep understanding of Change and Programme consulting issues, in at least one of the following fields: o Change Strategy Diagnose and define behavioural, cultural and organisational change issues and identify integrated, end to end change interventions o Organisational design Identify and deploy organisational models in different business, strategic and cultural environments o Specialist Communications and Stakeholder Engagement Identify stakeholder needs and develop communication strategies, media and plans to build and sustain commitment to change o Learning and Development Address gaps in behaviour and performance through innovative and cost effective learning and development strategies and solutions Highly advantageous if candidates also have:- * Demonstrable success in business development (win new and develop existing accounts) * Involvement in the leadership of stand-alone projects * Experience of stream leadership on complex consulting projects
