*Leverage buying power for savings and better value: initiate, execute and manage sourcing projects for portfolio of spend *Proactively involve internal customers to identify opportunities and establish budget and purchasing plans for each fiscal year *Define the sourcing strategy for existing and potential NPR categories *Negotiate contract terms with suppliers in accordance with objectives *Support local contract implementation and Service Level Agreements, monitor contract compliance and supplier performance and follow up contract renewals on a timely basis *Manage supplier relationships and perform continuous supply market analysis in order to identify and develop existing or potential suppliers *Research, structure, analyse and comment on purchasing portfolio management information
