Reporting to the director, the HR Manager will assume responsibility for the business’ entire HR support function, for both its personnel and those of its clients, including:
- Oversight of the entire HR function for existing and new client programmes
- Engaging with and acting as a conduit on personnel-related matters for client employees working abroad
- Maintenance and enhancement of pre-existing personnel records and procedures
- Development and management of a training records system
- Design of generic and Project-specific policy and procedures
- Planning and execution of resource requirements and recruitment
- Identification of suitable candidates and tracking of potential hire processing
- Management of contract and consultancy agreement templates
- Design of performance assessment and evaluation criteria and procedures
- Advising management on personnel policies, welfare issues and related matters
- Administration management of personnel
To perform these tasks, the HR Manager will require good previous Human Resources experience, preferably at a management level.
