Key duties and responsibilities:
Management of existing distribution arrangements
New account/ distributor search, selection and development
Annual budgeting, implementation and control of country-specific sales and marketing plans
Alignment of Brand/ Product Portfolios and New Product launches
Participation in selected company-wide task forces and strategy development
Liaison with the company’s regional Head Office (UK), in terms of Supply Chain Management, Business Planning and
Marketing
Candidate profile:
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of Export and/ or Sales Management experience in the FMCG sector, preferably in the personal care sector
He/ She should be a high-performance leader and be able to demonstrate professional excellence, leadership skills and enthusiasm
He/ She should have excellent communication skills and exposure to consumer goods and internet marketing
Professional qualifications: University degree (Business Admin/ BCom)
Language requirements are English/ French.
