How does our Top 20 Recruiters work?
Any candidate who applies for a job within our website is able to mark their customer service experience provided by the advertiser. This feature is available for any candidate within the "My Job applications" area. The scores are calculated based on a minimum criteria of 20 marks per advertiser and based on a minimum of 10 posted jobs per annum.
Why was this feature introduced?
Our research has shown that the majority of all candidates who have applied for jobs through the internet have experienced a poor level of service from the advertiser(s) and we believe that this is currently at an unacceptable level throughout our industry. This feature was introduced to help encourage higher levels of service from our advertisers and therefore provides our registered candidates with an improved user experience.
